We look to you to analyze the deep structures of your native language, including syntax, semantics, and morphology, ensuring our AI models capture the true essence of human expression. At TELUS, your work directly influences how the world’s leading LLMs respect cultural identity through language. Key Responsibilities: Perform deep-dive linguistic audits on AI outputs to ensure grammatical precision and semantic accuracy. Design and refine complex linguistic guidelines to help models master regional dialects, slang, and cultural idioms. Collaborate on Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) projects by creating high-quality datasets that reflect the structural complexities of your native tongue. Analyze how AI handles specialized writing systems (e.g., RTL) and provide architectural feedback to engineering teams to improve model rendering and comprehension.
