About Job Job Description: Hardware PC Technician/Field Support Engineer Location: Las Vegas, NV Overview We are looking for a hands-on Hardware PC Technician / Field Support Engineer based in Las Vegas, NV to support our hardware operations and data collection initiatives. Key Responsibilities Build, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PCs, workstations, and peripheral hardware for data collection and AI research projects Set up and maintain hardware environments including monitors, cameras, sensors, and recording equipment for on-site data collection activities Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and replacements as needed Image and deploy systems using standard OS and software configurations Support equipment logistics — packing, shipping, tracking, and inventory management across Las Vegas & Red
