Work Location : Montreal, Canada (Onsite) Employment Type: Temporary, Full-time Work Schedule : 40 hours/week Engagement Duration : 3 months (with possibility of extension) Languages Required: English We are looking for a Local Coordinator to join our onsite team in Montreal, Canada! In this role, you will manage a team of Data Quality Analysts, making sure that accuracy and output match client standards and requirements. You will work on projects focused on improving a major Virtual Assistant through data processing. Role Responsibilities Ensure all security and confidentiality requirements are followed Onboard, train, monitor, and lead a team of Data Quality Analysts Communicating progress and output to the client Update existing procedures Identify ways to efficiently train new and retain existing staff Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor Management and performing of Quality Assurance Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required. At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in team management. Excellent English listening, reading, and speaking skills. Ability to understand and apply complex guidelines. Ability to lead and manage large teams. Strong project progress reporting and data analysis skills. Ability to work under high pressure. Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (especially Excel) and iOS software. Solid problem-solving and time-management skills.
