Work Location : United States (Remote – East Coast preferred) Work Schedule : Monday – Friday; up to 40 hours per week Engagement Model : Fixed-term/Temporary Employment Estimated Start Date : September/ October 2026 Estimated Project Duration : until May 2027 (extension possible) DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a UX Research Analyst to support ongoing user research initiatives for a temporary , full-time engagement. This role will focus primarily on operationalizing and managing questionnaire-based research studies, with an emphasis on Text-to-Speech (TTS) quality and potentially Translation quality. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. The selected candidate will work closely with the client’s research team to administer studies, manage survey workflows, collect responses, and analyze results. The research design will be provided by the team; the analyst will ensure studies are properly built, launched, monitored, and analyzed. Role Summary The UX Research Analyst will be responsible for implementing and managing questionnaire-based research studies from setup through reporting. This includes building surveys in Qualtrics based on predefined designs, configuring workflows and logic, monitoring live studies, ensuring data quality, and analyzing results. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure studies run smoothly and findings are accurately documented and communicated to stakeholders. Role Responsibilities Build, configure, and manage questionnaire-based research studies using Qualtrics (or similar tools). Implement complex survey logic and workflows based on predefined study designs Launch and monitor studies to ensure smooth execution and data quality Collect, organize, and validate survey responses Clean, validate, and organize survey responses to ensure accuracy and reliability of findings Analyze study results, identifying trends, patterns, outliers, and key drivers in the data Produce structured summaries,
