About this role

Description: We are looking for detail-oriented native speakers tо join Lighthouse 3, a large-scale text data annotation project. Participants will be responsible for executing precise annotation and labeling оf native-language text according to tо client-provided guidelines. Tasks may include identifying themes, sentiments, categories, and other linguistic features. You will follow detailed annotation instructions, perform self-checks tо ensure accuracy, and provide feedback tо support process improvement. Consistency, attention to tо detail, and the ability tо complete tasks within the given timeframe are essential. This is a remote, in-country opportunity with a weekly commitment оf 20–30 hours. Purpose: This project will help improve AI-related technologies by making them more inclusive and culturally diverse. Main Requirements: Native speakers оf any of the locales on the list. You must be physically located in the targeted countries. Good level of English for guideline understanding and communication with Centific team. Basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. General knowledge in online communication such as Microsoft Teams. Ability to follow directions and perform time-bound tasks accurately and efficiently. Ability to perform repetitive tasks without degradation in quality. Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset. Highly organized and focused to work independently as a role player within a team environment and keep motivation in a self-driven environment. Should have a minimum weekly availability of 20-30 hours to work.
