Why Clinicians Shape Better Clinical AI AI is increasingly used to draft clinical documentation, summarize encounters, and support clinical workflows. For these systems to be safe and genuinely useful at the point of care, they need feedback from the people who actually practice. As a Physician Consultant you sit between the model and the patient, evaluating real outputs against the standards you hold yourself to every day, and telling the product team precisely what is right, what is wrong, and what could become a clinical risk. What You’ll Do Participate in testing of AI tools within simulated or real clinical workflows. Review and evaluate generated clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and relevance. Provide structured, actionable feedback on performance, usability, and clinical value. Identify errors, gaps, and potential clinical risks in model outputs.
