The Impact You'll Make As Director of Operations, you will serve as a key operational leader responsible for managing and improving the company’s day-to-day operations during a period of rapid growth and increasing organizational complexity. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll work across teams to improve coordination, drive accountability, and ensure operational processes run effectively across the business. This is a highly hands-on role focused on operational execution, process management, and cross-functional support. You'll oversee critical operational functions with a primary focus on Finance and legal/commercial operational support, alongside IT, InfoSec, and facilities. You'll also help grow the company's Sales Operations and RevOps capabilities (including CRM and sales enablement) over time. This role requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to context-switch across functions. You’ll lead and support a growing operations team while helping establish the structure, workflows, and communication processes needed for teams to operate efficiently in a fast-moving environment. This is a high-visibility opportunity for an experienced operator who thrives in lean, high-growth environments and enjoys building scalable processes that directly impact company performance. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in San Francisco.
