About this role

About Turing: Based in San Francisco, California, Turing is the world’s leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs and a trusted partner for global enterprises deploying advanced AI systems. Turing supports customers in two ways: first, by accelerating frontier research with high-quality data, advanced training pipelines, plus top AI researchers who specialize in coding, reasoning, STEM, multilinguality, multimodality, and agents; and second, by applying that expertise to help enterprises transform AI from proof of concept into proprietary intelligence with systems that perform reliably, deliver measurable impact, and drive lasting results on the P&L. Role Overview • Answered diverse analytical questions requiring research, reasoning, data interpretation, and problem-solving. • Created realistic scenarios and challenging questions to support the training and improvement of LLM models. • Analyzed trends, patterns, logical conditions, and numerical relationships to determine accurate outcomes. • Articulated correct answers with clear explanations, reasoning, and supporting evidence. • Evaluated potential model errors and provided constructive feedback with detailed annotations. Preferred Qualifications • Held or pursued a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. • Demonstrated professional writing experience as a Business Analyst, Research Analyst, Copywriter, Journalist, Technical Writer, Editor, Translator, or in a similar role. • Applied strong English reading, writing, comprehension, research, and analytical skills. • Used Excel and Google Workspace for documentation, analysis, and data-related tasks. • Applied logical reasoning, basic arithmetic, creative thinking, and data interpretation skills. • Worked independently in a remote environment with a reliable desktop or laptop and stable internet connection. • Considered candidates without a bachelor’s degree who demonstrated relevant professional experience.
