About this role
About Turing: Based in San Francisco, California, Turing is the world’s leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs and a trusted partner for global enterprises deploying advanced AI systems. Turing supports customers in two ways: first, by accelerating frontier research with high-quality data, advanced training pipelines, plus top AI researchers who specialize in coding, reasoning, STEM, multilinguality, multimodality, and agents; and second, by applying that expertise to help enterprises transform AI from proof of concept into proprietary intelligence with systems that perform reliably, deliver measurable impact, and drive lasting results on the P&L Role Overview: We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who's comfortable across the entire stack and knows how to work effectively with modern AI coding tools. Beyond building applications, you'll contribute to AI model training work — designing high-quality tasks, running RL training experiments, and measuring model quality across benchmarks. You'll own work end to end and help us ship quickly without compromising on quality. What you'll do • Build and maintain web applications end to end, from UI to database. • Develop responsive, accessible front-ends and robust back-end services. • Design and work with relational databases. • Create high-quality training tasks and evaluate task quality across different benchmarks. • Support RL training and AI model training workflows, including data preparation and experiment iteration. • Use AI tools to ship faster while keeping code and data clean and reliable. What we're looking for • Solid experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Back-end development with Node.js. • Hands-on experience with SQLite and PostgreSQL. • Experience with RL training and AI model training workflows. • Experience creating tasks and assessing task quality across different benchmarks. • Proficiency with AI coding tools like Codex, Cursor, and Claude, plus strong prompting skills. • Ability to work independently and turn requirements into working features and datasets. Nice to have • Familiarity with Python and common ML libraries. • Experience designing evaluations or working with model benchmarking pipelines. • Experience with testing, CI/CD, and version control (Git). • An eye for clean, well-structured, maintainable code and data.
