Role Overview This role involves creating, reviewing, and improving tasks that reflect the practical work performed by lawyers. The individual will analyze legal issues, apply laws and principles, assess the accuracy of responses, and refine outputs for clarity and usefulness. Strong legal knowledge, judgment, research skills, and attention to detail are essential. Requirements Around 5–15 years of legal practice experience, ideally at the Senior Associate, Counsel, or equivalent level in a law firm or corporate legal department. A Juris Doctor (JD), active bar admission, or an equivalent legal qualification and professional license applicable to the candidate’s region. Advanced experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising commercial contracts, legal agreements, policies, and other legal documents. Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex matters, identify risks, and provide clear, practical advice. Expert knowledge of interpreting laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance and translating them into actionable recommendations for business or legal teams. Responsibilities Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in the functional area. Review and calibrate team members' output and own day-to-day quality. Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME (Expert) Lead. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field. Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required. Offer Details: Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST. Engagement type: Contractor Engagement Length: Up to 8 weeks Evaluation Process - Shortlisted candidates will be sent a Job Interest Form . Final selected candidates will be contacted with the next steps and onboarding requirements.
