We’re looking for someone flexible, engaged, and responsive who embraces change and helps refine continuously evolving support workflows. MAIN DUTIES - Manage the service desk in Zendesk: triage, troubleshoot, and resolve L1–L2 tickets within agreed SLAs. - Maintain high CSAT, provide clear updates, and escalate appropriately. - Leverage automation and AI features (e.g., Zendesk AI, macros) to accelerate triage and response. - Deliver desktop support for Windows 10/11 and macOS, including software deployment, updates, encryption (BitLocker/FileVault), and peripheral troubleshooting. - Provision and manage endpoints via Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager. - Manage macOS with Jamf or Mosyle. - Oversee full device lifecycle—procure
