You will manage and guide a small team of recruiters and partner management professionals, balancing hands-on recruitment delivery with day-to-day team direction and tactical execution of objectives. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the globe, adapting your approach to the cultural expectations and communication styles of diverse regional teams. As the domain expert for Life Sciences recruitment, you will drive candidate quality, maintain partner accountability, and deliver data-driven insights that directly inform hiring decisions.
