We're hiring ARDMS registered diagnostic medical sonographers as contractors to author and grade the ultrasound scenarios those evaluations run on.</p> <p><strong>What you'll actually do</strong></p> <ul><li>Author realistic ultrasound scenarios covering technique, findings, and next steps</li><li>Write reference answers with the reasoning behind each protocol and measurement</li><li>Grade model output for sonographic accuracy and patient safety</li><li>Flag findings and advice that read right but would miss a critical diagnosis</li></ul> <p><strong>Who this is for</strong></p> <ul><li>ARDMS registration (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT) in at least one specialty</li><li>2+ years of clinical scanning experience</li><li>Depth in image optimization, protocol selection, and sonographic findings</li><li>You can write technical reasoning clearly enough for another sonographer to follow it</li></ul> <p><strong>Contract and pay</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>$60 to $90/hr</strong>, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.</li><li>Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.</li><li>Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.</li><li>No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.</li><li>Independent contractor.
