We're hiring RHIA and RHIT credentialed health information management professionals as contractors to author and grade the health data scenarios those evaluations run on.</p> <p><strong>What you'll actually do</strong></p> <ul><li>Author realistic HIM scenarios covering privacy, release of information, and record integrity</li><li>Write reference answers with the regulatory reasoning behind each decision</li><li>Grade model output for regulatory accuracy and disclosure risk</li><li>Flag guidance that reads right but would breach privacy or corrupt the record</li></ul> <p><strong>Who this is for</strong></p> <ul><li>RHIA or RHIT credential (AHIMA) in good standing</li><li>2+ years of HIM experience in a provider, payer, or health IT setting</li><li>Depth in release of information, privacy, record integrity, or data governance</li><li>You can write policy reasoning clearly enough for another HIM professional to follow it</li></ul> <p><strong>Contract and pay</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>$70 to $95/hr</strong>, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.</li><li>Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.</li><li>Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.</li><li>No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.</li><li>Independent contractor.
