We're hiring licensed professional counselors as contractors to author and grade the counseling scenarios those evaluations run on.</p> <p><strong>What you'll actually do</strong></p> <ul><li>Author realistic counseling scenarios, including risk and ethical dilemmas</li><li>Write reference responses with the therapeutic reasoning behind each choice</li><li>Grade model output for clinical accuracy, ethics, and risk handling</li><li>Flag responses that sound empathetic but mishandle risk, and say precisely why</li></ul> <p><strong>Who this is for</strong></p> <ul><li>Active, unencumbered LPC or LMHC license</li><li>2+ years of counseling practice after licensure</li><li>Real treatment planning and safety assessment experience</li><li>You can write clinical reasoning clearly enough for another clinician to follow it</li></ul> <p><strong>Contract and pay</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>$65 to $100/hr</strong>, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.</li><li>Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.</li><li>Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum.
