Workflow judgment that is accurate, safe, and in the right order is the product here.</p> <p><strong>What you'll actually do</strong></p> <ul><li>Author realistic prescription processing and adjudication scenarios</li><li>Write reference answers that show the correct workflow order, not just the end state</li><li>Grade model output for dosing math, sig interpretation, and safety flags</li><li>Catch answers that would fail in a real pharmacy queue</li></ul> <p><strong>Who this is for</strong></p> <ul><li>Active CPhT (PTCB or NHA) or state pharmacy technician registration</li><li>2+ years in a retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy</li><li>Fluent in sig codes, NDCs, days supply math, and insurance adjudication</li><li>You can document a pharmacy workflow clearly enough for someone else to follow it</li></ul> <p><strong>Contract and pay</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>$45 to $65/hr</strong>, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.</li><li>Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.</li><li>Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum.
