This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside leading AI research labs. Organization : Alignerr Type : Hourly Contract Location : Remote Commitment : 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to PEP 8 standards Design and develop complex backend algorithmic solutions and data processing scripts that genuinely challenge AI reasoning Write clear, human-readable explanations of backend logic, architectural decisions, and code behaviour Identify edge cases, security vulnerabilities, and failure modes in AI-generated API logic Provide structured, detailed feedback that directly improves how AI models write and understand Python Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Deep, hands-on expertise in Python — you know the language inside out, not just the basics 3–5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code Comfortable with modern frameworks including Django, Flask, and FastAPI Strong grasp of advanced Python features, performance considerations, and software design patterns Excellent written communicator — you can explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field Self-motivated and consistent when working independently Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or AI evaluation workflows Background in backend architecture,
