Organization : Alignerr Type : Hourly Contract Location : Remote Commitment : 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with genuine scientific depth and real-world relevance Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design complex, high-quality problem statements Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen AI model reasoning in the life sciences Ensure scientific rigor, precision, and clarity across all deliverables Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, etc.) Deep expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or data analysis Exceptional written communicator — you can translate complex science into clear, precise language Fluent in English with strong attention to scientific detail Based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or quality review workflows Background in research publishing, peer review, or academic instruction Familiarity with AI tools or large language model evaluation as an end user Experience designing problem sets, exams,
