Organization : Alignerr Type : Hourly Contract Location : Remote Commitment : 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on track across all phases Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and external research partners Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality study operations Identify risks early, resolve operational issues decisively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle Apply your real-world clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research Who You Are Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and regulatory expectations Proven track record managing vendors, CROs, or external research partners Skilled at coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of quality or compliance A clear, confident communicator who keeps teams aligned under pressure Detail-oriented and systematic — you catch what others miss Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms Background in regulatory affairs, site management, or pharmacovigilance Experience working across global or multi-site clinical programs Why Join Us Work on cu
