Frontier Data Lead About the Role The Frontier Data Lead (FDL) is the Managing Director's program lead for client delivery and a key driver of account growth at Alignerr. A program is a set of projects in one domain with one goal, and a client can have several. You run those programs, make sure clients are never surprised, and keep our systems accurate. You also understand each partner's goals and organization deeply, connect them with our growth and research teams, and find where we can help next. Washington DC's deep concentration of consulting, policy, and technology talent makes it an ideal home base for this role. If you've navigated complex stakeholder environments, run demanding client programs, and can move comfortably between technical and executive audiences, we want to hear from you. Organization : Alignerr Type : Contract Location : Remote Level : Mid–Senior What You'll Do Client Delivery and Communication Be the proactive point of contact for every account, so no client has to ask "what's the status?" Send regular updates on progress, volumes, quality, blockers, and milestones. Flag risks, delays, and scope changes early, with a proposed path forward. Run client check-ins covering delivery and what's next, and capture decisions and action items. Partner Insight and Account Growth Understand each partner's research goals, model roadmap, and data priorities, and keep that view current. Map and build relationships across each partner's organization, beyond your day-to-day contacts. Spot expansion opportunities early and work with the growth team to turn them into scoped proposals. Own an account plan for each partner: goals, stakeholders, current footprint, and next actions. Lead quarterly business reviews centered on the partner's goals, not only our delivery metrics.
