Organization : Alignerr Type : Hourly Contract Location : Remote Commitment : 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Listen to Hindi audio recordings and review corresponding transcripts for accuracy Correct errors in transcription — including misheard words, missing segments, and incorrect spellings Verify and adjust word-level timing and alignment to match the audio precisely Apply detailed style and formatting guidelines consistently across all tasks Flag ambiguous audio, overlapping speech, or segments requiring special attention Maintain exceptional quality and consistency across large volumes of transcript data Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Native or near-native fluency in Hindi with excellent listening comprehension Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch what others miss at the word level Comfortable working with exact timing and precise text-to-audio alignment Able to follow detailed style guides and formatting instructions with consistency Strong concentration and patience when working through lengthy audio files Self-motivated and reliable when working independently No prior AI or tech experience required Nice
