Buscamos Ingenieros de Software en Ciudad de México para construir, evaluar y mejorar código generado por IA — ayudando a entrenar sistemas de inteligencia artificial para que piensen como desarrolladores reales. Escribirás soluciones, revisarás outputs de IA y proporcionarás el feedback experto que hace que los asistentes de codificación de IA sean más inteligentes, seguros y confiables. Este es un trabajo de ingeniería práctico en la frontera del desarrollo de IA — no teórico, no burocrático y nada aburrido. Este es un rol de contrato totalmente remoto y flexible. Si puedes escribir código limpio y explicar tu razonamiento, queremos escucharte.
