We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists to participate in paid studio recording sessions — helping leading AI research teams build speech systems that truly understand the way real people talk. This is a contract role involving a small number of focused, well-compensated studio sessions. You'll be doing meaningful, impactful work — and your voice will help make AI smarter for an entire linguistic community. Important: This project does not involve voice cloning. Your recordings are used strictly to improve AI speech understanding. Organization : Alignerr Type : Contract Session Format : 4-hour sessions (2–3 sessions total) Accent : Indian English (native or near-native) What You'll Do Record natural, conversational Indian English speech in a professional studio environment Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings Deliver realistic, human-sounding speech — natural and unscripted in feel Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery across different scenarios Bring authentic Indian English accent and cadence to every session Who You Are A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with studio recording experience A native or near-native Indian English speaker with a strong, authentic accent Comfortable performing natural dialogue and conversational speech on cue Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction Fluent in English at a working level for communication and instruction Nice to Have Background in acting, performance, or broadcast media Prior experience with podcast, commercial, or narrative voice-over work Familiarity with recording in a professional studio environment Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI speech projects alongside leading research labs Competitive, well-co
