We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a professional recording setup. What You'll Do Record high-quality voice samples in Italian based on provided scripts and creative prompts Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated Italian speech Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and authentic natural delivery Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Fluent in Italian — native or professional-level speaker Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently Naturally detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, pacing, tone, and clarity No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Experience across multiple voice styles — commercial, narrative, character, or broadcast Familiarity with audio editing software or digital audio workstations Background in linguistics, communications, or performing arts Awareness of regional Italian accents and dialectal variation Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs
