About Job Role Overview We are seeking an analytical, precise, and highly articulate Lead Quality Analyst (Medical Scribing & Transcription) with 5-8 years of experience to spearhead the quality framework for our healthcare data operations. In this role, you will be the ultimate gatekeeper of quality, bridging the gap between AI-generated outputs and human clinical precision. You will be responsible for executing advanced audits across two distinct workflows (AI-assisted Medical Scribing and Verbatim Medical Transcription etc), interpreting complex data evaluation matrics (Precision, Recall, F1-Score), communicating directly with clients, and driving the production team toward zero-defect delivery through rigorous feedback.
