Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and rate web applications, content relevance, and in-app workflows across multiple platforms using defined quality guidelines. Assess functionality, usability, user experience, and content quality. Analyze, classify, and label content for accuracy and relevance. Identify issues, document findings, and provide actionable feedback. Conduct quality audits and support process improvements. Support data rating related activities, including coordination, scheduling, and testing. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications: Native or near-native proficiency in one of the following languages/locales: English (US, GB, Australia, Canada, India, Singapore, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland), Spanish (Spain, US, Mexico, Chile),
