The ideal candidate will bring practical knowledge of Philippine corporate law, commercial contracts, labour regulations, taxation, and regulatory matters. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, AI engineers, and product specialists to develop and evaluate high-quality legal datasets representing realistic legal workflows, statutory interpretation, contract analysis, and professional legal reasoning. Main Responsibilities Domain Oversight: Serve as a legal expert on matters involving Philippine corporate, commercial, labour, tax, and regulatory law. Legal Research: Research and analyze Philippine statutes, regulations, jurisprudence, administrative guidance, and legal precedents. Data Validation: Review, annotate, and validate legal datasets, including contracts, legal opinions, regulatory materials, and statutory interpretations. Contract Analysis: Evaluate commercial agreements, corporate documentation, employment-related materials, and regulatory documents. Prompt Engineering & Strategy: Support AI teams in designing prompts and evaluation criteria for legal reasoning and drafting tasks. Model Audit: Review AI-generated legal responses and identify inaccurate citations, incorrect interpretations, hallucinations, or incomplete reasoning. Legal Drafting: Create or evaluate legal summaries, memoranda, contract clauses, and structured legal analyses.
