Work Location : Los Angeles, CA; Onsite Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day Engagement Model : Fixed-term employment; Full-time Estimated Project Duration : 2 months Estimated Start Date : August 24th, 2026 Language(s) Needed : English (US) Role Summary The Moderator will work onsite to ensure the proper execution of study/project requirements. The primary responsibility is to participate in video sessions and provide updates to the other members of the production team, as well as performing very basic troubleshooting of data collection technology. Role Responsibilities Participate in and support required video-recorded scenarios and study activities Operate and maintain data collection equipment, offload data, manage logistics, provide daily reports, and lead the overall high-quality data generation for this effort, day in, day out Understand provided project documentation Capture data for the assigned project, aiming to reach the targeted daily goal Utilize client tools to label/tag data Convey sessions details to the Project Manager and Production team Communicate and coordinate with project team Interact with various hardware & software Assist in preparing session materials and setting up facility Provide feedback on session dynamics and participant engagement Ability to lift up 50lbs when needed Role Requirements Comfortable being on camera for a most of the day Experience in moderation, facilitation, proctoring or similar roles preferred Possess basic technical knowledge and experience in using iOS Experience using a lux light meter to measure and assess lighting conditions is required. Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle, as regular travel is required for this role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage groups and foster a positive environment Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing scenarios High attention to detail Integrity and strong work ethic Team
