This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence and technology. Role Summary As a Receptionist/Scheduler, you will serve as the primary point of contact for participants and their pets throughout the study experience. You will communicate with pet owners to schedule appointments, answer study related questions, and coordinate participant attendance. During onsite visits, you will welcome participants and their cats and dogs, verify required documentation, provide study instructions, and help maintain a clean, organized, and pet-friendly environment.
