LXT is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team and help support the delivery of AI data collection projects. About the Role As a French (France) Quality Assurance / Reviewer , you will review project submissions, identify quality issues, and ensure that delivered data meets client requirements and quality standards. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in data annotation, content review, moderation, or quality control. Key Responsibilities Review completed project submissions for quality and compliance. Identify errors, inconsistencies, and guideline violations. Provide accurate and objective feedback based on project requirements. Evaluate completed tasks and document findings accurately. Escalate quality concerns when necessary. Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain quality targets. Follow confidentiality and data security requirements at all times. Requirements Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to follow detailed guidelines and instructions.
