You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like lesson planning, differentiated instruction, learning standards, student engagement, bilingual education, teacher training, and formative and summative evaluation—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning.</p> <p>On a typical day, you will converse with the model in both English and French on real-world education scenarios and theoretical questions, verify pedagogical soundness and factual accuracy, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.</p> <p>A master’s degree in education, instructional design, educational psychology, or a closely related field is ideal; fluency in French, classroom or curriculum development experience, and familiarity with both traditional and digital learning environments signal fit.
