That training data begins with you—we need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI.</p> <p>We’re looking for individuals with knowledge of banking systems, financial regulation, capital markets, retail and commercial banking, central banking, compliance, risk management, lending practices, financial products, and institutional governance. You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics such as balance sheet analysis, regulatory compliance frameworks, credit risk assessment, liquidity management, capital adequacy, anti-money laundering controls, financial reporting standards, and macroeconomic policy impacts—documenting failure modes so we can strengthen model reasoning and accuracy.</p> <p>On a typical day, you will engage the model with financial institution scenarios, regulatory and compliance questions, and analytical exercises; verify factual correctness and institutional logic; assess risk-related reasoning; capture reproducible error traces; and provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and analytical depth. You may also help identify where models oversimplify financial regulations or misinterpret institutional processes.</p> <p>A background in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
