On a typical day, you will converse with the model in both English and French on real-world HR scenarios and theoretical questions, verify factual accuracy and logical soundness, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. A master’s degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a closely related field is ideal; professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD), fluency in French, and experience with HR operations in international or bilingual environments signal fit.
