<p><strong>Investment Operations Specialist</strong><br><br><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? </strong><strong><br></strong>We are looking for an Investment Operations Specialist! This role plays an integral part in supporting various processes that facilitate conversion plans that onboard to our client’s platform. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience, and provide exceptional service to plan sponsors. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? </strong></p> <ul> <li>Review and identify issues with potential fund lineups </li> <li>Preparing Fund Applications for third-party fund companies with client information</li> <li>Coordinate with Implementation Managers and Investment teams to successfully transition new and conversion qualified plans onto the client’s platform </li> <li>Update, maintain, and review client data within CRM systems  </li> <li>Ensure collaboration with all internal teams to meet expected timelines </li> <li>Support the creation and maintenance of written operating procedures related to assigned functions</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS </strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Necessities </strong></p> <ul> <li>You're optimistic, flexible, creative, team-oriented, results-driven, and have the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders </li> <li>Possess a good understanding of how mutual funds, stable value funds, collective investment trusts (CITs), and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) trade and settle </li> <
