Large-scale language models are evolving from simple conversational tools into systems capable of analyzing financial markets, interpreting investment strategies, and supporting decision-making across asset classes. With high-quality training data, tomorrow’s AI can help improve financial literacy, strengthen portfolio analysis, and support investors and analysts worldwide. That training data begins with you—we need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI. We’re looking for individuals with familiarity in areas such as equity and fixed-income markets, portfolio management, asset allocation, derivatives, valuation methods, financial modeling, risk management, behavioral finance, and macroeconomic influences on markets. You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics such as fundamental and technical analysis, portfolio construction, diversification strategies, market cycles, performance evaluation, and investment research—documenting failure modes so we can strengthen model reasoning and analytical accuracy. On a typical day, you will engage the model with investment scenarios, analytical questions, and market-based reasoning tasks; verify factual correctness and financial logic; assess the validity of investment reasoning; capture reproducible error traces; and provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and analytical depth. You may also help identify where models oversimplify market behavior or misinterpret financial data. A background in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in asset management, brokerage, research, financial planning, or related roles is valuable, and entry-level candidates with foundational knowledge of investments and strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
