You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like non-destructive editing techniques, realistic mockups, advanced selections, actions and automation, image resolution optimization, and creative effects—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning. On a typical day, you will converse with the model on real-world design scenarios and technical Photoshop questions, verify factual accuracy and workflow logic, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, digital media, or a closely related field is ideal; a strong portfolio, professional experience with Photoshop, and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite tools signal fit. Coursework from platforms like School of Motion, KelbyOne, Domestika, or Udemy in Photoshop or related areas doesn’t hurt. Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.
