About this role
We are looking for experienced accounting professionals with deep, hands-on QuickBooks expertise for a short-term AI training and evaluation project.We're looking for professionals with 5+ years of accounting experience and at least 3 years of hands-on QuickBooks experience who can apply their real-world expertise and professional judgment to help evaluate and improve advanced AI systems.What You'll DoApply your accounting and QuickBooks expertise to realistic professional tasks.Review AI-generated work for accuracy, completeness, and professional quality.Identify errors or gaps and provide clear, expert feedback.Complete work according to project guidelines and quality standards.Specific workflows, tools, and training will be provided to selected experts.Who You AreWe're looking for professionals who:Have 5+ years of professional accounting experience.Have 3+ years of substantial, hands-on QuickBooks experience, ideally with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.Have strong practical knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping workflows.Are comfortable working independently and applying professional expertise to unfamiliar or complex tasks.Relevant backgrounds may include Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, Bookkeeper, CPA, or similar roles.Prior AI training or evaluation experience is a plus. Sales, account management, or other customer-facing experience is also a plus.Project DetailsRate: $150/hourStart Date: ImmediateDuration: Short-term project (~two weeks); exact timeline will be confirmed with selected candidatesAvailability: Ideally 40 hours per week; minimum 30 hours per weekLocation: Remote
