About this role
Join our NLP team to help improve our language models through data curation, evaluation, and fine-tuning. You will work on cutting-edge NLP projects across various domains. Key Responsibilities: • Curate and prepare text datasets for training • Evaluate language model performance • Design and implement NLP evaluation metrics • Conduct error analysis and model debugging • Research and implement state-of-the-art NLP techniques Requirements: • PhD in NLP, Computational Linguistics, or related field • 3+ years experience in NLP research or industry • Strong programming skills in Python • Experience with transformer models and LLMs • Publications in top-tier NLP conferences preferred
