Rise Data Labs is seeking experienced QuickBooks professionals with strong sales operations, revenue, or commercial experience for a short-term AI training and evaluation project.We’re looking for professionals with 3+ years of substantial, hands-on QuickBooks experience and 5+ years of professional sales, sales operations, revenue, account management, or related commercial experience who can apply their real-world expertise to realistic business workflows.What You'll DoApply your QuickBooks and commercial expertise to realistic professional tasks.Help translate real-world workflows into structured work for AI training and evaluation.Review outputs for accuracy, completeness, and professional quality.Identify workflow issues, inconsistencies, or gaps and provide clear feedback.Iterate based on project guidelines and reviewer feedback.Specific workflows, tools, and training will be provided to selected experts.Who You AreWe’re looking for professionals who:Have 3+ years of substantial, hands-on QuickBooks experienceHave 5+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, account management, business development, or related commercial workHave personally used QuickBooks in customer, revenue, invoicing, payment, sales tracking, or related workflowsCan clearly explain how those workflows operate in practiceBring strong analytical judgment and attention to detailAre comfortable documenting processes and working from detailed project requirementsAre available to start immediatelyCan commit 30–40 hours per week for approximately two weeksRelevant backgrounds may include Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Account Management, Business Development, Commercial Operations, Sales Management, or small-business leadership.QuickBooks ProAdvisor or other QuickBooks certifications are a plus.
