This role centers on benchmark task creation and evaluation: you'll author realistic, economically valuable wholesale and sales tasks and rubrics based on your own professional experience, then grade AI-generated deliverables against them.What You'll DoAuthor realistic task scenarios from your own work — e.g., building a sales performance model, processing and analyzing order data, or preparing a client proposal or account reviewContribute the kinds of reference materials you'd normally use (order data, pricing sheets, account spreadsheets)Write rubrics specifying what a correct deliverable requires — accurate calculations, correct file structure, professional formattingGrade AI-generated deliverables (frequently Excel models, with some Word/PowerPoint) against your rubricParticipate in calibration sessions with other evaluators to align scoring standardsPreferred QualificationsPrior hands-on experience in wholesale sales, account management, distribution, or order/logistics operationsStrong Excel skills and comfort with data-heavy deliverablesPrior experience with AI model training, evaluation, or benchmark development is a plusWhat We Off
