Application Analyst (EPIC) - AI Safety Benchmark

Sepal AI partners with top AI labs to build safety benchmarks for AI systems used in healthcare. We’re hiring experienced Epic Application Analysts to help simulate realistic EHR workflows and define safe model behavior in clinical systems. 🧠 What You'll Do - Simulate Epic workflows (e.g., chart navigation, scheduling, order entry, documentation). - Design tasks that evaluate how AI performs in Epic-like environments under real-world constraints. - Identify risk-prone outputs, such as incorrect order placement, medication selection, or chart documentation. - Collaborate with clinical informatics professionals to define what safe, compliant model behavior looks like. ✅ Requirements - 3+ years experience with Epic systems (Ambulatory, Inpatient, MyChart, etc.). - Epic certification in at least one module strongly preferred. - Deep understanding of EHR workflows across clinical or operational settings. - Bonus: experience with QA/testing, implementation, or clinical configuration. 💸 $30–60/hr 📍 Remote & async 🛡 Help ensure AI behaves safely in high-stakes health IT environments.
