SAP Business Analyst – AI Safety Benchmarking

Sepal AI is partnering with top AI labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to build safety benchmarks for AI systems embedded in enterprise software. We’re hiring experienced SAP Business Analysts to help simulate real-world SAP usage and identify where AI models might cause operational or compliance failures. 🔍 What You'll Do - Design evaluation tasks based on core SAP business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, FI/CO, SD, MM). - Simulate workflows and edge cases that stress-test AI assistant behavior inside SAP. - Help identify AI-generated actions that may be unsafe, non-compliant, or misleading to users. - Collaborate with researchers to develop scoring rubrics and reference outputs for automated benchmarking. ✅ You Bring - 3+ years of experience in SAP environments. - Hands-on experience with SAP and business workflows across modules. - Familiarity with how users interact with SAP for financial approvals, billing, procurement, etc. - Bonus: experience in process documentation, QA, or risk mitigation. 💸 $30–60/hr 🌐 Fully Remote 📅 Flexible, project-based work 🧠 Impact: Help define safe AI behavior in high-stakes SAP use cases
