Sepal AI is creating frontier benchmarks to ensure AI systems behave responsibly in ERP environments. We’re hiring a seasoned SAP Solutions Professional to design high-fidelity simulations of business workflows within SAP and define structured benchmarks to test whether AI outputs are safe and compliant. 🔧 What You'll Do - Translate business processes into structured evaluation tasks (e.g., procurement cycle, inventory adjustment, financial closings). - Recreate realistic SAP interactions across SD/MM/FI/CO/QM/PP modules. - Identify edge cases where AI decisions could compromise safety, integrity, or compliance. - Help build datasets that benchmark model performance under operational constraints. ✅ Your Profile - 3+ years of cross-functional SAP experience, ideally across multiple modules. - Ability to abstract SAP operations into testable workflows with decision points. - Clear written communication and attention to system detail. - Bonus: SAP project management or experience in regulated industries (e.g., utilities, manufacturing, pharma). 💸 $35–65/hr 🧠 Your work helps define how AI should behave in mission-critical SAP processes 🌐 Fully Remote | Part-time or project-based
