About this role

Shaip is hiring a Sales – US Market (Individual Contributor) to drive new business growth across the US market for its AI training data, data annotation, and data licensing solutions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for building pipelines through outbound efforts and managing inbound opportunities generated through marketing programs. The role involves engaging enterprise technology organizations developing machine learning and generative AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across the US market through outbound prospecting and strategic account engagement Qualify and nurture inbound leads generated through marketing initiatives Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle including discovery, solution positioning, proposal coordination, and deal progression Position Shaip’s capabilities across AI training data, large-scale annotation programs, speech datasets, healthcare datasets, multimodal data, and licensing solutions Collaborate closely with solution, delivery, and marketing teams to support opportunity conversion Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting discipline, and CRM hygiene Experience and Qualifications Required 6+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in one or more of the following areas: AI training data services data annotation services data licensing AI / ML lifecycle support solutions analytics or AI services Experience engaging with US-based customers preferred Demonstrated experience managing both outbound pipeline generation and inbound opportunity conversion Strong consultative selling experience in solution-oriented environments Familiarity with machine learning and generative AI data workflows Exposure to speech, NLP, computer vision, or healthcare AI datasets is a plus Experience working with CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Required Behavioral Competencies Integrity & Ethics: Demonstrates transparency and account
