Brand & Strategy Expert

About this role

In this hourly, remote contractor role, you will work as a Brand & Strategy Subject Matter Expert (SME) to review AI-generated brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market outputs and/or create expert brand and strategy content, evaluating reasoning quality and step-by-step strategic thinking while providing precise written feedback. You will assess solutions for accuracy, clarity, brand fit, and adherence to the prompt; identify issues in customer insight, segmentation, messaging hierarchy, positioning logic, differentiation, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning; fact-check claims where needed; write high-quality explanations and model deliverables (e.g., positioning statements, messaging frameworks, briefs) that demonstrate correct strategic reasoning; and rate and compare multiple responses based on correctness, usefulness, and reasoning quality. This role is with SME Careers, a fast-growing AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, delivering training data for many of the world’s largest AI companies and foundation-model labs. Your brand and strategy expertise directly helps improve the world’s premier AI models by making their strategic marketing outputs more rigorous, on-brand, actionable, and clearly explained. Important: There is no immediate project for this role; however, if qualified, you will be among the first experts we reach out to when relevant opportunities arise.
