About this role
We are looking for people who regularly use Ubuntu/Linux. No prior AI experience is required. If you are comfortable working in Ubuntu, installing applications, following instructions, and completing technical tasks independently, we would like to hear from you. As an AI Data Trainer with Linux/Ubuntu, you will work remotely on an hourly paid basis to support AI data training projects through structured, detail-oriented tasks. You will install applications and record your actions while completing tasks with patience, concentration, and strong attention to detail. This role requires you to have your own computer running Ubuntu/Linux and to be comfortable installing the applications and tools needed for the project. While advanced AI experience is not required, you should be tech-savvy, reliable, careful with instructions, and able to work independently. This role is a good fit for students, junior candidates, Linux enthusiasts, and other tech-savvy individuals who are patient, focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Ubuntu/Linux. This is a fully remote, hourly paid contractor role with SME Careers, a fast-growing AI data services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate that provides AI training data to many of the world’s largest AI companies and foundation model labs.
