About SuperAnnotate SuperAnnotate helps the world’s leading AI teams build responsible, next-generation models powered by high-quality human data. We’re a fast-growing Series B startup bridging the gap between advanced AI innovation and the data that drives it. Our global network of expert specialists, scalable managed operations, precise talent matching, and full project transparency ensure unmatched data quality at scale. Trusted by innovators like Databricks and ServiceNow - and backed by NVIDIA, Dell Technologies Capital, Databricks Ventures, Cox Enterprises, and Lionel Messi’s Play Time VC - SuperAnnotate is proud to be the top-ranked AI data company on G2 for multiple consecutive years, including 2025. The Impact You'll Make SME Careers builds the global expert workforce behind every SuperAnnotate project, bringing together specialists across languages and professional fields, from medicine and law to software engineering and AI safety. We're building a recruiting engine that finds and engages the right experts anywhere in the world, as fast as new projects need them. As our first Talent Engineer, you'll design and own that engine. You'll choose and configure the AI sourcing and outreach tools we use, build the workflows that connect them to our platform, and turn them into systems that run reliably at scale. You'll approach recruiting as a systems and data problem, building an engine that grows faster than the team running it. You'll measure what works, cut what doesn't, and keep improving as our projects evolve. You'll work directly with our Director of Product and Operations and the SME Careers talent team, and alongside engineering whenever an integration needs building. You'll understand recruiting well enough to know what good outreach and a good candidate look like, and you'll be technical enough to build the tooling yourself rather than waiting on someone else to. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in San Francisco.
