Role Overview We are looking for talented Illustrators, Sketchers, Cartoonists, Digital Artists, and Concept Artists who can create high-quality artwork from reference images while introducing creative variations and maintaining the character’s identity. This opportunity is open to interns, freshers, emerging artists, and experienced professionals with strong visual skills and a portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and attention to detail. Project Snapshot Current task mix provides estimated earning potential of approximately $7.5/hour 6-8 week project Ideally upto 40 hours/week but Part timers upto 20 hrs are also welcomed Fully remote | Paid in USD Start as soon as onboarding and portfolio approval are completed What You’ll Do Create digital character illustrations and sketches using provided reference images. Produce creative variations while maintaining character identity and visual consistency. Apply core fundamentals of composition, color, lighting, perspective, and proportion. Adapt artwork across diverse visual themes based on project requirements. Document creative decisions, style choices, and simple prompt metadata. Deliver polished, high-quality artwork within assigned project timelines. Requirements: Experience in illustration, sketching, cartooning, concept art, or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail. Experience with styles such as character design, stylized illustration, surreal, cinematic, vintage, retro, steampunk, or glitch art. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, Clip Studio Paint, Affinity Suite, or similar tools . Ability to work independently, manage revisions, and meet expected timelines.
