We're hiring biochemists and molecular biologists as contractors to author and grade the mechanism level scenarios those evaluations run on. This is the broad life science pool that science evals draw on most.</p> <p><strong>What you'll actually do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Author realistic molecular biology scenarios from assay design through data interpretation, the kind a working scientist actually reasons through.</li> <li>Write reference answers with the mechanistic reasoning behind each conclusion, pathways and evidence weighed.</li> <li>Grade model output for pathway accuracy, experimental logic, and appropriate uncertainty.</li> <li>Flag explanations that read fluent but get the biochemistry wrong, the misses only a trained scientist would catch.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who this is for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Biochemists and molecular biologists with an advanced degree or equivalent research experience.</li> <li>Researchers and industry scientists with hands on technique depth, cloning, protein work, sequencing, assay development, and beyond.</li> <li>Scientists who reason from mechanism and data, not from textbook summaries.</li> <li>People with strong written English who can turn scientific judgment into clear, teachable reasoning.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Contract and pay</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>$60 to $120/hr</strong>, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.</li> <li>Remote, async. Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.</li> <li>Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum.
