You'll help identify qualified professionals, develop effective sourcing strategies, engage potential candidates, and support recruitment initiatives across a range of specialised projects. Your experience will help us connect the right talent with the right opportunities while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruiting processes. This is a fully remote, freelance contract opportunity for professionals who enjoy working independently, building relationships with candidates, and contributing to talent acquisition initiatives in a fast-paced AI environment. São Paulo's position as Latin America's largest tech and business hub makes it an ideal base for sourcing regionally and globally.
